Slow Down. Stop. Look. Listen.

Beauty high. Beauty low. Beauty everywhere you go.

Slow down and maybe you'll see
something you've never seen before...
like a black ladybug with red spots.
In this insanely fast paced world of coming and going and going and coming, and in getting here, there, and everywhere in the shortest amount of time possible, most of us adults fail miserably at slowing down, stopping, looking, and just listening to the beautiful world around us. Kids on the other hand see the world how we used to see it, straightforward and as a matter of fact. To a child a tree is a tree, not an annoying nuisance that is lifting the cement of your driveway. To a child a hotdog is a hotdog, not something that will make your behind bigger. To a child love is love, not some twisted and convoluted emotion. To a child the Earth is the Earth and something worthy of exploring and discovering, not something we just pass by on the way to our next destination. To all you adults out there, beauty high, beauty low, beauty everywhere you go. Life isn't a spirit, we are all going to end up in the same place anyway, so why not take some time to slow down, stop, look, and listen.
